These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ollo CRM platform (“Service”), which is operated by Pineapple Connect LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Ollo CRM, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview

Ollo CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offered under a white-labeled license from GoHighLevel. While the platform is powered by GoHighLevel, we operate as an independent brand and service provider. You are entering into a contract with Pineapple Connect LLC, not with GoHighLevel.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

You represent that all information provided to us is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Registration

You are required to register an account to access Ollo CRM. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

a) Billing

• Ollo CRM is a paid subscription service.

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

b) Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

c) Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Send spam or unsolicited messages

• Upload or distribute malware or harmful content

• Attempt to access the accounts of other users

• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or degrades system performance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this Acceptable Use policy.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Ollo CRM, you consent to the collection and processing of your data, including by third parties we use to operate the Service (e.g., GoHighLevel, payment providers, analytics tools).

You retain all rights to the data you input into the CRM. We do not claim ownership over your content.

7. Third-Party Services

Ollo CRM is built on the GoHighLevel platform. We are responsible for all customer-facing services, including:

• User support

• Subscription billing

• Account management

GoHighLevel does not provide direct support or service to you.

Use of any third-party integrations or services within Ollo CRM is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Third-party service outages (including GoHighLevel infrastructure)

• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Ollo CRM brand, website, and proprietary materials (excluding customer input data) are owned by Pineapple Connect LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform

• Use our trademarks without permission

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

• For failure to pay subscription fees

• If required by law or at our sole discretion, with or without notice

Upon termination, your access to the Service and data may be removed. It is your responsibility to export your data prior to cancellation.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for terms governing cancellations and refund eligibility.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Merchantability

• Non-infringement

• System availability or performance

We do not guarantee any business or marketing results from use of Ollo CRM.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, business, or data

• Claims exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply in full.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pineapple Connect LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Violation of these Terms

• Infringement of any third-party rights

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
