This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all subscription purchases made through Ollo CRM, a service operated by Pineapple Connect LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By subscribing to Ollo CRM, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Ollo CRM is a subscription-based service. All billing is handled on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select at signup.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial period:
You will not be charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
Only first-time customers are eligible for free trials unless otherwise specified.
All subscription payments are non-refundable, including:
Partial months or unused services
Downgrades during a billing cycle
Non-use of the platform
We may grant a refund or credit under the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:
A duplicate charge due to a system error
Proven unauthorized transaction (fraudulent use)
System-wide outages preventing platform access for more than 48 consecutive hours (not related to scheduled maintenance or third-party outages)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Logging into your Ollo CRM account, or
Contacting us at [email protected]
Upon cancellation:
You will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing period.
No prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
Note: Merely ceasing to use the service does not constitute a valid cancellation. You must follow the formal cancellation process to stop future billing.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly. Chargebacks filed without legitimate cause may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted in your user dashboard.
Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
