This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy” or “AUP”) governs the use of the Ollo CRM platform (“Service”), operated by Pineapple Connect LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Ollo CRM, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to comply with this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, in addition to any legal remedies available.

1. Purpose

This Policy is designed to:

• Protect the security, reliability, and integrity of our services

• Prevent misuse of our systems

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws

• Preserve our relationships with upstream service providers (e.g., GoHighLevel, email gateways, SMS providers)

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Ollo CRM platform to:

• Engage in illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or impersonation

• Violate any laws, including U.S. federal and state laws, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, or other privacy and anti-spam laws

• Distribute, promote, or transmit:

  • Malware, ransomware, or malicious code

  • Inappropriate, abusive, or harassing content

  • Hate speech, threats, or violence

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material

• Send unsolicited communications (spam), including:

  • Mass or bulk email, SMS, or voice messages without valid opt-in

  • Unsolicited messages to purchased or scraped contact lists

• Exploit minors, post child sexual abuse material, or solicit personal data from individuals under 18

3. System and Network Abuse

You may not:

• Attempt to breach system security or authentication measures

• Access data not intended for you or your account

• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization

• Use automated scripts, bots, or load testing tools in a disruptive manner

• Use the Service in a way that interferes with normal operations or consumes excessive system resources

4. Email, SMS, and Messaging Rules

When using Ollo CRM to send communications, you must:

• Have verifiable consent (opt-in) for each contact

• Include an unsubscribe/opt-out option

• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly

• Follow applicable laws, including:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.)

  • GDPR (EU/UK)

  • TCPA (for phone/SMS messages in the U.S.)

You are responsible for ensuring the content, format, and recipient list comply with relevant laws and best practices.

5. Use of Third-Party Services

Ollo CRM may connect with third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., SMTP services, Twilio, Facebook, Google).

You agree to:

• Comply with third-party terms and policies

• Not use integrations in a way that violates their rules (e.g., Facebook ad policies, Twilio AUP)

• Ensure your API use does not exceed authorized limits or cause service disruptions

We reserve the right to suspend integrations or access that violate this Policy.

6. Enforcement & Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage for compliance and security

• Investigate suspected violations

• Suspend or terminate access for users violating this Policy, with or without notice

• Report illegal activities to law enforcement or regulators

Inappropriate content may be removed without warning if we believe it violates this Policy.
